To support our team in Martinsried near Munich, we are looking for suitable candidates for this full-time and permanent position, to begin work as soon as possible.
Your responsibilities
- Full responsibility for vendor selection, bidding process, bench-marking, negotiations, contracting with main focus on development service agreements and clinical agreements
- Alliance management for key service providers (e.g. change orders, performance tracking, tracking of spent, transparent and trustful collaboration)
- Strong collaborate/sparring with internal functions (e.g. SMEs, Quality, Finance,) on vendor selection, definition of scope of services, performance tracking of service providers
- Strong involvement in building efficient procurement processes and ESG relevant procedures
- Support budgeting process
- Support introduction of ERP system
Your qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of professional hands on experience in a comparable position
- Business experience in strategic purchasing and procurement of development services on a global basis
- Experience in life science industry
- Very good communication and negotiation skills
- Desire to be part of a team and an organization where scientific and business excellence are shared values
- Fluent in English
- Result oriented, well organized, proactive, problem solver and able to work independently
- Creativity and enthusiasm for working in a dynamic fast-growing biopharmaceutical company
- German work permit is mandatory
