To support our team in Martinsried near Munich, we are looking for suitable candidates for this full-time and permanent position, to begin work as soon as possible.
Your responsibilities
- Design and perform lab experiments, ensure appropriate documentation (preparation of plans, protocols, reports) for drug product formulation, in collaboration with Drug Product Labs and Process Development colleagues and in agreement with current Quality by Design principles
- Take over responsibility for one or more analytical testing equipment, including qualification and maintenance according to the company / department requirements
- Supervise CROs (conducting formulation development) and external testing labs when necessary and be author of related documentation, as needed
- Produce high quality documentation and presentations of performed studies and present them to internal and external partners
Your qualifications
- Degree in biochemistry, biotechnology, pharmaceutical sciences or a related field plus 1-3 years of relevant work experience
- At least intermediate knowledge in formulation development, protein chemistry and drug product specific analytics
- Experience in the pharmaceutical industry (especially in a GMP surrounding is considered advantageous)
- Creativity and enthusiasm for working in a dynamic fast-growing biopharmaceutical company
- Independent, careful and structured way of working
- Very good command of spoken and written English. Basic German knowledge is considered advantageous
- Very proficient in MS-Office package
- Very good team player
