To support our team in Martinsried near Munich, we are looking for suitable candidates for this fulltime permanent position, to begin work as soon as possible.

Your responsibilities

For our team we are looking for a senior scientist who will support project activities related to the functional characterization of biosimilars.
As a scientific and technical specialist you will contribute to analytical discussions, planning or reports and work in close collaboration with internal or external lab teams thereby driving the analytical development within the project.
Your responsibilities include:
  • Subject matter expert in the area of functional characterization for one or more of our biosimilar projects
  • Establish and coordinate interactions with internal and external partners (CDMOs, CROs)
  • Plan, organize and monitor the development, validation and transfer of functional assays within a regulated environment
  • Scientifically and technically support internal analytical project teams and work closely with related laboratory teams
  • Represent the field of expertise in internal or external meetings
  • Compile and/or review high quality scientific documents and support generation of international registration documents and answers to authority requests

Your qualifications

  • Degree (master, diploma, PhD) in Life Science, Pharmaceutical Sciences or a comparable field
  • Excellent scientific and technical knowledge in the area of functional characterization and experience with assay qualification and/or validation are prerequisite
  • Expertise in Immunology is of advantage
  • At least two years of relevant work experience, preferably in a GMP- or GLP-regulated environment
  • Very good team player, result oriented, well organized, proactive, problem solver and able to work independently
  • Creativity and enthusiasm for working in a dynamic fast-growing biopharmaceutical company
  • Fluent in written and spoken English required, German knowledge is desirable
  • Proficient in MS-Office
  • German work permit is mandatory
