To support our Project Management Office team in Martinsried near Munich, we are looking for suitable candidates for this part-time position (approx. 15h per week) limited to one year, to begin work as soon as possible.

Your responsibilities

Project Management Office at Formycon is an interface and cooperation partner for all cross-project requests. The PMO drives process harmonization and continuous process improvement activities. It also supports the Project Management Team in the preparation of project updates, regular meetings, budget review meetings and executive board meetings. It performs trainings and provides templates. PMO sets-up project governance structures and documents. In this role you will:
  • Work in an international, science-driven environment
  • Validate invoices and assign them to corresponding work package 
  • Enter incoming project invoices into project Excel spreadsheets
  • Adapt the Excel documents to reflect the current status of project accounts
  • Support monthly project reporting of Actual vs. Variance
  • Support project controlling activities
  • Collaborate cross functionally, particularly with Finance and Project Management, to ensure consistent and accurate financial data across projects
  • Support on internal process optimization at the Finance/Project Management interface
  • You will participate in the maintenance of our funding applications, selecting invoices, and assigning them correctly
  • Support with daily tasks in the office

Your qualifications

  • A diligent and structured way of working with good attention to details

  • A high affinity to numbers
  • Excel knowledge, e.g. setting up Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP functions
  • Excellent English skills, German language advantageous
